  • Step 2 : Print this form. Bring it with you.

    If you use web mail then copy the information and paste it in your message.
    If this does not work for you send the form by mail.
  • Step 4 : Submit payment using Paypal (you don't need an account).
    If not using PayPal then send cheque or money order to “Music in the Pines” with registration form to address below. No cash in the mail.
  • Step 5 : IMPORTANT - Print your Paypal receipt as this is your proof of payment.

  2. Early Bird Tickets - April : $60.00 -- May : $70. 00 -- June 1st to 15th : $80.00
  5. Pre-Registration: Children under 12 years FREE
